If you love HeroQuest and Indiana Jones, then you've come to the right place!

In this quest, you can replay the iconic opening scene of the 1981 movie "Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Arc" in the 2021 remake of Heroquest.

Introduction: You are Indiana, a famous archaeologist. You recently found a treasure map that shows you the way to an ancient artifact. But you must hurry, because your fiercest rival, Lord Forrester, is already on the hunt for the forgotten treasure. You hastily hire three shady elven mercenaries and begin your expedition to Mount Kalalea, deep in the Jungles of Delthrak. But be warned! The golden idol is not only protected by countless traps within the temple, but also guarded by a hostile orc tribe.

This quest is a solo adventure, designed for play by an Explorer alone. It can be used as an introduction to HeroQuest for a new player or as a fun quest to play when only two players are available.  If you want to increase the difficulty, you can also play the quest so that all arrows from monsters are poisoned and trigger the special ability "venomous".

Note: To play this quest, you need a base game of HeroQuest and the expansions "Rise of the Dread Moon" and "Jungles of Delthrak".  With the Expansions "Kellar's Keep", Return of the Witch Lord", "The Mage of the Mirror" and "Against the Ogre Horde" you can further improve your experience.

The included extended rules on page 5 - 7 are a quality of life feature, meaning you don't have to look up rules in the individual quest books.

On the last page you will find the self-made cards of this quest in original size for printing.
